USEFUL INFORMATIONS

• Prices: The prices are in Euros and refer to tenancy of a unit. They can change accordind to the type, location, width and occupancy of the apartmens. Prices usually do not include additional costs as final cleaning, other consumptions, bed linen rental, car rental etc. The additional costs are to be paid directly at the arrival.

• How to book: bookings can be made directly by phone with Sasinae Viaggi Tour Operator, by e-mail or by fax. You can also fill out the contact form on our website. After the booking confirmation you will subscribe a rent contract. Please read accurately the contract conditions, especially the cancellation rules.

• Terms of Stay: Tenancy in flats is calculated from saturday to saturday. It’s possible, on request, to arrange short holidays or prolong the stay after 7 days. The guest must arrive between 15.00 and 20.00, and depart by 10.00. If you are unable to arrive within this time, contact immediately the Sasinae Viaggi which can then, at discretion, arrange an appointment. No refund will be made if the guest is unable to occupy the apartment on the correct day or time due to travel difficulties, strikes or personal reasons. The same applies in the case of early departures. To extend a stay, contact the agency in good time. The accommodation offered by Sasinae Tour Operator are not official category of tourist accommodation, rather these are private houses managed by Sasinae T. O. for tourists stay. The apartments description have been prepared with great care by Sasinae T.O. otherwise they reflect local traditions and personal tastes of the owners. For this reason eventual inconvenients can’t be accept as complains.

• Caution Money: On receipt of the keys the tenant must leave with the key holder a deposit which can be in cash. On departure, your deposit will be given back in full, on condition that there isn’t any damages in the apartment.

At the moment of confirming the holiday,it is possible to stipulate an insurance policy against the cancellation of your holiday.
