The Little threeroom villa is situated in alittle private residence. There are two entrances one in common with other villas and flats and the other one is private of the villa. Place for the car, a garden, a covered veranda with a shower and tub. There are three entrances: one bring directly in a doublebedroom, one in the living-room/kitchen and the other one in the little kitchen. There is a living-room/kitchen with a singlebed, two doublebedrooms and a bathroom with shower. There are wall-cupboards with curtain in every room. Simple furnishing.
The villa is about 100m from the see, 200m from the first sandy beach and 800m from the town centre
